  I would give even less stars if I could!! We stopped by for a break in our trip, decided to buy a nice gift for our daughter for a special occasion. Then proceeded to wait because their credit card machines went down, I should have taken that as an omen and left but we went ahead and paid cash. Gave the ring to my daughter only to find it was a size to small so on our way back, we stopped to simply exchange sizes but didn't have receipt because we were traveling and must have threw it out with other trash. The manager tells us we can't exchange without the reciept, eventhough the clerk remembered us and it was in the original box, so needless to say, complete waste of $50.00!! Would it really have been so difficult to make customers happy and figure out a way to make it work??!!
